Return Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their order. After this period, all sales are considered final.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free of damage caused by the customer
- Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
2. Product Descriptions and Sizing
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and sizing details are accurate and up to date. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details—including item type, size, color, and shipping address—before checkout. Land Safely is not liable for customer errors made during the ordering process.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery by emailing Support@Landsafely.store with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue
If approved, Land Safely will, at its discretion:
- Replace the item (subject to availability), or
- Issue a store credit or refund
Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must email Support@Landsafely.store within the 7-day return window.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Issues
Land Safely is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We recommend selecting insured or trackable shipping options. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
6. Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or limited-edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
7. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on landsafely.store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy. Land Safely reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
